My counselor was the best thing that happened to me when I lived in Spokane. I would move back just to see him again. Great therapists are difficult to find, especially ones that help you and feel comfortable while doing so. Dallon helped me, I felt very welcomed in his office. I felt there was no judgement and he genuinely cared for me as his patient. He helped me out more than anyone else I talked to.
Frontier behavioral health has helped me in many ways to help me overcome my past,the trauma, Separation issues, becoming a better person and have a better sense of well being, thank you for helping me along on my journey to success... its been a long dark road and I think I can almost finally see the light or that mite be my shadow. I thought counseling wasn't for me but I look foward to every appointment and to better myself feels great, every day is a blessing...........
You better be 30 mins early or else they will treat you like pure crap and then make you feel bad for it! The medication side is a NIGHTMARE you will not get help with meds!
Have been coming for a couple of months. Excellent experience with all the counselors that I have seen.
"oh, you're having a bad mental health day and you need immediate help. Here's an appointment for in a week and then there's another appointment for next week after that and then maybe we'll talk about medication the week after that and so like possibly in a month's time you can get medication or help! 🙃" The people were nice but honestly it's a very frustrating experience where I had a mental health day and needed immediate help.
