I greatly appreciate that when I’ve been able to talk with my therapist she’s always ready to go. She has the knowledge and wisdom to provide me the right tools. I also really appreciate the extra staff that are there to listen when I need someone and she isn’t readily available there is always someone who’s around. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY GOING THERE, Getting any sort of help from this place is impossible moreover they would add more frustration than you already carry.
It is with great disappointment that I post an one star review. I would given Frontier five stars when I first became a client. Frontier has decided to DROP all patients with private insurance. In the middle of COVID I find this to be a truly terrible action to take. Those of us who need the type of services Frontier provides need additional support now, not the complete LOSS of mental health services!
