I have been using this company for years. Now all of the sudden I’m not able to return any parts without being hassled? You refuse to refund my money on a part that was never touched? Your driver set the part down in my shop, came back a week later and picked the part up. It was never touched by anyone other than your driver! Pathetic! This is criminal!
