I have lived here for 3 years going on 4 if I didn’t renew my lease this year. The pictures aren’t for all units. I applied thinking what they are advertising on here is for all units - it’s not. They gave us a unit with old appliances with only new flooring and blinds. They charged extra to have new appliances come in. Word of advice, ask for a tour after you pay the application fee. Absolutely poor communication from management and maintenance. Instead of actually fixing issues ,they temporarily fix it until they are forced to actually replace anything. Management adds on fees to your account without any type of notice, they took NINE months to get my door fixed and then LIED saying they never got the key to enter my unit, but when maintenance came and fixed my door he left the key they supposedly never had on my coffee table. I've had a great experience living at Frontier Apartments. The staff is always friendly, responsive, and willing to help with any questions or concerns. Maintenance has been excellent — requests are handled quickly and professionally, and everything is kept in great condition. It's clear that the team here takes pride in the property and really cares about the residents. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a well-managed and comfortable place to live!
This is a terrible place to live the rent changes every month! They need to be investigated big time! The apartments are not worth what they charge so please don’t move here. Hallways are dirty and something is always broken.If you live here please pay attention to what they’re charging you. This place is crooked and my lawyer and I are working to expose them with several other tenants. DON’T MOVE HERE.
