I just moved out thank god worst year ever they are infested with roaches trash left in hallways by neighbors never could get access to washer and dryer there is 1 washer and 1 dryer to accommodate 12 apartments so had to rent one for a extra $60 a month on top of $1200 rent complaints to office never fixed any problems my cadillac converter was stolen off my car a girl was raped in front of my building this place is horrible please take my advice and don't move here

They say deformation of character but legally defamation is only valid if you don't have proof. I do. It's supposed to be easy to do the right thing. But based on my review and other's it's hard for this management company to do.
Have lived here for several months. The maintenance people haven't been bad here so far. Our dishwasher hasn't worked properly since we moved in. But, that's not a big deal for us. The only huge complaint is that we have tried to get our neighbors to take their trash to the dumpster instead of leaving it in the hallway. And it has been a losing battle and it seems the apartment complex hasn't done anything about it. No matter how many times we try and get them to do something about it.
