I do not recommend that anyone live here—especially if you have children. I moved in a few months ago, and now I’m just waiting for my lease to end so I can leave; I actually tried to leave sooner, but they wanted to charge me a penalty equal to two months' rent. The biggest problem with these apartments is the disrespectful neighbors. I lived here when I first moved to Roanoke and it was a terrible experience
My friend lives in this apartment ever since she's been living there they've been having a different manager work in the office she said they've been having cockroaches no, heat in the winter time she said they don't want to fix anything in the apartment I believe it needs to be condemned I believe somebody need to report this place to the health department
Hoy fui a pagar mi renta y una señora de mal genio me cobró!! Yo hice reclamo porque me cobran recargo de seguro cuando yo el mes pasado les llevé el contrato de seguro nuevo!! En vez de reembolsar lo del seguro me cobró 100$ y con mal trato hacia mi por no hablar bien el inglés!! Ni siquiera me explicó bien porque me cobraban eso pagué este mes 1526$ como que fuera una casa grande la que estamos rentando!! Solo terminaré el contrato y me saldré de ahí!
I have lived here for 3 years going on 4 if I didn’t renew my lease this year. The pictures aren’t for all units. I applied thinking what they are advertising on here is for all units - it’s not. They gave us a unit with old appliances with only new flooring and blinds. They charged extra to have new appliances come in. Word of advice, ask for a tour after you pay the application fee.
