I wouldn't recommend living here to anyone, especially if you have children. I moved in a few months ago, and now I’m just waiting for my lease to end so I can get out of here fast; in fact, I tried to leave earlier, but they wanted to charge me a penalty equal to two months' rent. It’s outrageous, because the problem isn't my fault—it’s due to the incompetence of the property manager and the maintenance staff. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!! Terrible office manager. (Hopefully she gets fired but don’t go deal with her. It’s a black woman named Keyona) She has made every excuse under the sun on why she can’t fix problems like screens on windows, a stove. Mold in a bathroom. Bugs. Among other things. ****Management will call the police on you*** if you confront her with any problems you’re having inside your apartment. Like no screens on our windows. Our oven doesn’t even have glass on it. They put a towel rack up in the bathroom with putty. Fixed a hole in the wall with putty. Painted over mold instead of getting rid of the problem.
