Justin was great. He was very polite, thorough, and took the time to explain what he was checking on my AC unit. Excellent service and much appreciated. UPDATE: Got a new complete AC system installed and JC and Jake did an amazing job. They are hard-working, skilled and very professional. I highly recommend them and Frontier AC.
Our AC stopped working properly on a Saturday afternoon and a technician (Rico) was able to come by within a couple hours. He was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to help us address and fix the issue. He answered all my questions patiently. Great service! Update: we requested a diagnostic appointment for loud noise on the unit about 9 months after our last visit.
