Justin came over to do an estimate, very thorough. Sadly they would not break down cost of materials and labor on the quote, so my business goes elsewhere.
Andres (the tech) was helpful and informative and I have no complaints- 5 stars. But—I’m a little disappointed in some of the overall company sales tactics. The twice a year service schedule that was recommended and accepted originally for May and November wasn’t done on schedule. It was done in December 2024 and barely done again in September 2025. Also, the system filters that were a part of the original purchase of system are not of high enough quality since the coils are getting a little dirty. I haven’t had any problems... read more
