I bought tickets for Wilco at Red Rocks. My friend went to pick them up at will-call as I couldn't make it until later.... He was told they weren't there--under his name, my name, or the order #. He got on the phone with me and got back in line--still the lady at the box office couldn't find anything, Front gate is refusing to refund my money because they said the tickets were there (we just couldn't get anyone there to find them, we should've beat down the door to the box office and wrested them away from the people holding... read more
