Frontera Grill is the sister establishment of the more well known, Topolobampo next door. Both restaurants are from the celebrated Chef Rick Bayless, however this spot focuses more on casual dining. On weekends, Frontera is always packed, but if you are lucky, you can grab a small stool at the bar with drinks and appetizers before the hostess finds your table. One of my favorite spots. A must in Chicago.
It was not what i was expecting. Don't think I will be going back .The portions were big. But there wasn't anything you wouldn't find a regular Mexican restaurant.
