They repaired the connection in hearing aids bought 12 months ago elsewhere and offered an excellent, thorough and understandable explanation of the options on my Oricon hearing aids.
I had a very pleasant experience for my hearing test. Peggy carefully removed a wax plug from my right ear canal first (weird sensation hearing more acutely after that!), and the actual test was challenging (you almost have to close your eyes to focus on the faint sounds).
