I've always had really great experiences at Frontenac Doctors. The support staff have always been really friendly. Dr. Vu is also an exceptional doctor. He really seems to care and always listens to my complaints. He's kind, considerate, and his approach always seems measured and reasonable. I feel very fortunate to be on the roaster.

This review reflects my personal experience with this practice. After a tick bite, I visited the clinic multiple times with symptoms and rashes but was not offered Lyme disease testing for several months. During that time my symptoms continued to worsen and the rash eventually spread across much of my body where I was eventually paralyzed bed ridden in pain. Dr. L-Creagh is extremely biased, and doesn't like when you comment on the lack of competency her front receptionists have. Deemed me hostile when calmy explaining there has been three communication errors, and that they need to work on it, denied my 4 year old care, de-rostered us on the spot. Very judgemental, and not a comforting environment to be in. She has no life experience, and has no compassion.
