These guys are always on point. Polite and efficient visits. Never a single issue.
We've been with Frontenac Doctors since 2019 and I have nothing but positive things to say. The after hours were very helpful especially with young children getting sick all of the time. When our original family doctor left the clinic, they found a replacement. We are very happy with our current family physician. Same can be said about any other staff in this office, everyone we have interacted with has been professional and friendly.
Thank you to Karen, the office manager, and to Karina & Victoria on the front desk, for your professionalism in providing a positive and welcoming atmosphere. You take the time to listen & assist clients with their queries. When possible, you try to accommodate their needs. Your team approach is a definite asset to this clinic. I particularly want to acknowledge your kindness and compassion that you extended to us after a devasting diagnosis. It helped in a difficult moment. It meant more than you know.
