Sari Anonymous' review posted a month ago captures the patient experience at this clinic accurately. I have also chosen to remain anonymous in fear of retaliation via de-rostering. Clinical care is dismissive, patronizing, and most importantly useless. Pacifying the patient is NOT treatment. Unless you have an acute infection or something with a direct treatment of antibiotics, any complex or health concerns requiring more investigation is met with a metaphorical shrug. Never fun to go to doctors but always professional service
I am grateful to have access to a family physician in a province where so many people are unable to find one. Unfortunately, my experience with this practice has been consistently transactional and dismissive rather than supportive. From my first interaction, the administrative priority has been rigid compliance with clinic rules rather than helping a patient navigate their care.
