Still waiting for them to explain why they collected both my complete photo ID and 3 digital photos and have not deleted this biometric information after the stay. Super shady.
I stayed at a Frontdesk apartment in Charlotte when my flight got canceled, and it was so clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and I liked how I didn't have to do a chore list at check out. I'd stay again.
1 star for this company for their horrible customer service. The only redeemable fact about my stay was that the host had a nice apartment, but this isn't to front desk's credit, they are a Middle man. Day 1: check in at 4pm... I asked if I could stow my suitcase on the property or in the unit until check in... the answer to this question was a very brief "no" without any attempt to offer a solution to the problem. I stayed at the Philadelphia Cosmopolitan building, which is listed as Washington Square (not accurate, as it's in the Gayborhood/Center City). The 2 bedroom apartment is huge! And has massive floor to ceiling windows in the living room. I stayed in 504 North. Overall, I was pleased with the unit, but it has some quirks. The bathrooms have been mostly renovated, but one of the old baseboard heaters was rusted. And 1 bathroom (there are 2!) had super high water pressure in the shower. Booked a trip with front desk and received an email verification. Have now been going back and forth with the staff via email for two days and have wasted 2 hours trying to verify my ID for check in, as they won't do it via email and the website they use won't process the images. (taken in a well lit area with an iphone 12 straight on mounted to a box to ensure stability - it's literally a perfect photo of each the front and back). Will now have to book something else last minute.
