One reduction of star due to the air system was not working well though the location made a lot of concessions to help remedy this when we were inpatient. Anyone should be confident in the clinical trial services here. I was recently inpatient and had every confidence in the staff. My study coordinator was consistently detailed, focused, extremely cordial and approachable. Also he was doing in-unit functions such as lab procedures and phlebotomy to help with any delays. Great place todo medical trials. Had an amazing experience. The food is delicious and very well diversified. The staff is very happy and friendly and they do good blood draws.
