On May 27, I went to Frontage for screening for a study, everything went fine except not getting paid for my time for screening. I was told that I would get paid for the screening visit even if I don't get qualified. One reduction of star due to the air system was not working well though the location made a lot of concessions to help remedy this when we were inpatient. Anyone should be confident in the clinical trial services here. I was recently inpatient and had every confidence in the staff. My study coordinator was consistently detailed, focused, extremely cordial and approachable. Also he was doing in-unit functions such as lab procedures and phlebotomy to help with any delays.
