I had a great experience parking at the Front Street North Garage today! There was a brief glitch in the system when I arrived, but the lady working at the counter was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful in resolving the issue quickly. Excellent customer service!
5 stars for its location-- perfect for UConn, Science Center, and the Riverside Walkway. 2 stars for the cramped parking spaces and limited hours of attendants ( I park in the late afternoon and have yet to see one). 2 stars for the exorbitant price.
