Never sent my wife a bill and then try to charge a late fee All they had to do is send it to her email but I guess they don’t have that capability Was told there was no such thing as pay per mile insurance when of course there is They just don’t have it Very disappointed as she was with Frankenmuth insurance for many decades We went with a reputable company I highly suggest to do your due diligence and look around for the best coverage for your particular situation
