Ordered food online, called for over an hour after two hours of waiting for our food. No answer on the phone or through messaging the page. The website, Facebook All state that you are open. You even posted on the Facebook page this afternoon. We order from here frequently and this lack of service is ridiculous. We shouldn’t have to wait to see if maybe we will get the diner we ordered after it has been placed & confirmed via email.
Food Is awesome !!!
We order lunch often. Never disappointed. Always delicious food. If they make a mistake, they are quick to make it right. We are always treated well. The staff works really hard. We are OK with having to wait once in awhile. Can only do so much when you have a huge lunch crowd. We are lucky to have Front St. Deli in our village!
