I seriously DO NOT UNDERSTAND the bad reviews - Teri (hope I spelled your name correctly) is phenomenal! She hooked me up with a really sharp medium bald fade just in time for the predicted heatwave. Maybe people have trouble with the list system? I personally think it's great. I wrote my name on the list (one person was in front of me). I realized she's cash/check only, so I ran up the street to the bank. Came back, my name was crossed off and the next person was taken WHICH IS TOTALLY FAIR. I cut my hair here, what the hell, she does everything quickly and wants you to leave here quickly, and she also accidentally shaved my eyebrow, old woman 😖😖😖😖😭 I now have to wait at least a month to grow my eyebrows
