Purchased a 2016 Hyundai Sonata from them on Oct. 8/2016. They made not mention that it had been damaged when we bought it. We found out it will cost $1840.00 to have it repaired and they are unwilling to assist with the repair cost. Would not recommend them to anyone.
I purchased my car about a year ago. My experience at Shenandoah Ford was nothing less than a great and pleasurable experience. My sales associate, Luke, was awesome. He treated me like a valued customer, and eased me through the process like a pro. I checked out a few major dealerships before Shenandoah Ford, with very disappointing results.
