Once they knew they were selling the business it was, Katie bar the door. They did as much swindling as they could get away with. I am now stuck holding the bag of corrupt service. Lying, saying there were issues when there weren't. I believe I paid for work several times they said they performed but didn't. My inference comes from the last time they told me I had a transmission leak. This time I didn't buy it and spend the $800. I had another Ford place confirm there was no such thing. Dealerships are the scum of the Earth and will be the first to fall in the sippy holes of hell. I just called them today to get reimbursed for their corrupted schemes and as corruptness would have it, they sold three years ago. Again leaving me holding the bag filled with you know what. "S"

Purchased a 2016 Hyundai Sonata from them on Oct. 8/2016. They made not mention that it had been damaged when we bought it. We found out it will cost $1840.00 to have it repaired and they are unwilling to assist with the repair cost. Would not recommend them to anyone.

I purchased my car about a year ago. My experience at Shenandoah Ford was nothing less than a great and pleasurable experience. My sales associate, Luke, was awesome. He treated me like a valued customer, and eased me through the process like a pro. I checked out a few major dealerships before Shenandoah Ford, with very disappointing results. I would recommend Shenandoah Ford to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. The service was fantastic, and I absolutely love my new car. Thanks so much Luke. The service department has been wonderful as well. Quick and easy process throughout the year that I have had my car.
