We needed some replacement parts for a used canoe we recently purchased privately. The canoe is no longer in production, but these guys had what we needed to get the job done. Not only that, but he did a great job in explaining how to do the repairs ourselves and was so helpful. They were super busy that day with people walking in to sign up for river trips and getting already booked trips out, but still made time for us. Could not ask for better service. Thanks again!
I bought a demo kayak from them at the beginning of the season! They were so accommodating, answered all of my questions, and I totally love my Jackson Cruise 10! Fast forward 3 months- My boyfriend just went in the other day to look at their sale inventory. They spent over an hour with him going over the pros and cons of each model both kayak and canoe (on sale, new, used, last years models, etc). Fantastic staff, fantastic supply store, fantastic canoes and kayaks (I've rented both) and an absolutely gorgeous river.
Staff is friendly and helpful. I've been several times and will continue to do so!
We purchased kayaks here. They were very helpful in getting us the best deal for the best kayaks and all that goes with them.
Been going here for 25 years, fantastic memories, awesome staff, not to mention the best river in Virginia.
