Mike and Beth stood by their word when I had an issue with the car I purchased from them. They would not have known about the problem when I bought the car, but it made itself known shortly after. Mike spent hours and dollars to fix the issue. I’m grateful to him and Beth, love my car, and would buy another car from them.
Bought our 2014 suburban Beth told me it’s a 2014 they make nosies… when I asked about the sound it was making I’ve called like her husband said to bring it back to them if anything was wrong no answer or return phone call from my voicemail now my check engine light is on! Great looking truck! Just think they got over on a young couple
Beth was absolutely fantastic to work with! I was hesitant at first going to a smaller dealership but Beth was so incredibly kind and informative during my purchasing process. I came from 2hrs away and she had the truck warmed up and ready to go for me when I arrived. The entire week prior to purchasing, she answered all my questions (even out of the dealership hours), she gave me a fair value for my trade and was patient with me while I was working things out with my finance lender. Terrible, terrible, terrible experience. To be fair I had a bad feeling pretty much right away and should’ve turned away. First I was given a key fob with the blade super glued on which of course broke off in less than a week. They gave me half what it cost to fix it. That’s was just the start. Later found out I had my alternator mounted on by one bolt and not the usual 4 and it could have fallen off at any given time. Seems safe.
