Tried to schedule here for initial brain and cervical spine surgery. 1st contact went great. Friendly lady understood, and tried to coordinate with my primary care. 2nd contact was last Friday. A woman that barely spoke english answered the phone, she re-scheduled me at an office an hour away, refused to allow me to speak to anyone else, i couldnt figure out if i was speaking to a 3rd party answering service.
