SO much gratitude for Ruth! She knows her stuff including her people. She prioritized our needs in the difficult task of relo and finding the right place. She paid attention to our first desires all the way thru the 50 or 60+ homes we viewed and circled us all the back to one of the 1st homes we saw because SHE understood and reminded us of our desires at the outset! Utterly remarkable journey we wouldn't have wanted to be on with anyone else but her!
We worked with Sarah Pelton to find our house and she was awesome! She gets things done quickly and she is easy super easy to get along with!
Sarah pelton was terrible. She was rude and snappy when i first made contact with her. She could not make it to any of the 4 times scheduled or requested. Me and my girlfriend were told the date and time and where to show up and we agreed. We recieved 0 calls from anyone from this real estate group telling us the appointment was canceled. The one day my girlfriend ( Who served as a firefighter, hospice worker, and much more) was left in the cold waiting.
