I had a new home built and Rick S******'s company did the HVAC work. It was a disaster. I had rooms that were cold in winter (one was 62 degrees) when rest of the house was 70. Rick always blamed me, and said that he couldn't work with me. Other companies had to come in and fix (at builder's expense, luckily). All the time, Rick argued with me and said that he was done -- there was nothing wrong with the HVAC. Turns out HE INSTALLED A FURNACE THAT WAS 30% TOO SMALL, AGAINST THE SPEC. Had a new furnace installed, did not connect the humidifier, had him return to connect. Set up appointment for furnace repair did not show ;up. Called again and set up appointment again no show. Had to find another company. would not recommend this company

Hired for heat run installations and humidifier installation. The bathroom heat run and fan were installed backwards and they used a flexible foil to connect to the fan and outdoor vent. The foil had two tears in it, requiring me to do it myself with rigid metal, re-installed the fan the correct way. Rick advised he would make it right and not charge me for that run, I was then billed the full amount and when I attempted to contact him by email and phone, he would not return my calls.
