The service of the doctors was okay, the billing service, not so much. I overpaid by $50, I asked them for a refund (after they already had my money for over 30 days), they said they would send it to me, but it will take up to 14 days. I didn't pay my bills that way, why should they be allowed to pay theirs? When I asked her why they didn't automatically send me my overpay, she said....we don't have access to that kind of information...Really! It's called an aging, and all company's have them.
