Had an absolutely great experience with Mike. I was in a pinch and needed an odd sized fireplace and they came through!! They found a unit waiting to go to the showroom and let me buy it in my time of dire need. Thank you so much for your time and accommodation! I will update with pictures when it is installed. Super helpful and professional - provided all the information we needed on next steps with our fireplace remodeling.
Two reasons for poor review: 1) We walked into showroom on 11/9/24 and we were the only customers in the building - it was snowing. The lady who waited on us acted like we woke her up from a nap. Not friendly. 2) We waited 5 weeks for an on-site estimate. When we finally got the email estimate on 12/26/24, we replied and asked for clarification on a few items - never got a response. Emailed them back - still no response after 3 weeks. Seems business is good for them, or they don't give a shit?
Amazing job and service!!! This is an update 2 years later: still going strong with no issues!
