I called to schedule an appointment and they told me to email them. I emailed them and they ghosted me. I double-checked the email they provided over the phone and it matches the one I found listed in the Anthem app, so I know I sent it to the right place. It seems like they simply don't care about receiving new patients despite saying they are accepting new patients. I will be reporting them to the insurance company, who can hopefully use their leverage to ensure better patient care.
The doctors don't exist. Been a patient here and have only ever met with nurses...
Wonderful doctor. Texas time with you answers all questions and is extremely knowledgeable. I couldn’t have found a better doctor.
Dr. Reedy and his staff are fantastic. I highly recommend him. He explains things very well and always has the right answers. I will never go anywhere else.
Incredibly good doctor and listener. Told him my symptoms and he heard something that all the previous doctors had missed. My wife and I were very impressed.
