I thought the staff here was amazing. They were very thorough in explaining my entire procedure and every little detail I would need to know and what to expect. They put me at ease despite being someone who has anxiety about medical procedures and reassured me that I wouldn’t feel a thing. They covered me in a warm blanket and just made light conversation where appropriate to keep my mind from worrying. They also made sure I was take. Busy place, yet they managed to schedule me just one week out. Dr. Patel was very nice, anesthesiologist and the nurse were very helpful and attentive to my needs.
