This was, without question, the most infuriating and bizarre medical experience I’ve ever had. My visit with “Dr." Preston felt less like healthcare and more like being talked down to by someone who just barely scraped through med school and thinks memorizing a few big words makes her qualified to practice. She’s young, painfully inexperienced, and it shows.
