Must agree with Chet and sharirohde - communication horrible, promises never kept (our front porch has a dip in it that catches water when rains and the promise to fix it has never happened - it was put in in 2017 and never fixed although he said/promised it would be)!! I have had this eating at me for 7 years and decided I must say something. I doubt if this will allow me to give no stars that is why it is a 1 star.

These guys are great at stamped concrete or gest concrete flat work they did work for me and I would recommend them to anyone
Nelson s company does a good job! The entire process was handled professionally from start to finish. John's crew showed up on time to begin excavating and forming along with his lead man Rudy. Nelson was there also to get things going. John was able to make slight adjustments in the original plan for the steps. Two days later, Tony and his crew of concrete finishers showed up to pour and finish. Stamped concrete is quite a process and the entire crew paid a lot of attention to detail.
