This entity is absolutely awful to deal with, at least from Grand Junction. The treatment itself is definitely not a personal plan like their website says, its more like a cookie-cutter "which of 3 drugs do you want?" and some Zoom meetings to front range doctors who don't know or care about you. The customer service and billing is terrible. No one in the office can tell you how much you are being charged. They will tell you to call the generic phone number and talk to billing. Faith and Charles are the real life savers! They worked extremely hard for me when i had issues with the pharmacy and got everything resolved. I can continue living a sober life worth living! Thanks again!

I am sad and disappointed in how patients are now treated. I have been a patient for many years and have always had a great experiences even when things didn't go the way I had hoped. I have always been able to talk and solve any issues and I felt attacked when addressed by the office manager. It has become cold and unwelcoming please consider training on how to resolve issues without patient confrontation. I hope to resolve this issue.
