So a year in and I have to say it was getting better. But after still dealing with pests, and my dryer being broken since the end of may!! And having to repeatedly ask when it will be fixed and getting no action.. multiple, multiple complaints about above neighbor and they’re ridiculous 10pm and on stomping sessions with nothing done about that either! These apartments are nice The management is very responsive and understanding to any issues you might have as long as you bring them to her there is no play area for the kids but they have tons of fun playing outside rolling down the hills there is an issue with roaches but they're working on them the best they can.
The worst place I’ve ever lived. The residents just throw their garbage on the ground, and it’s still there three days later. The dumpsters are always overflowing, with old furniture stacked against them. And the roaches……………………………😳 The snow and ice isn’t cleared days after a storm. I would leave for work at 0530 and you could already smell the weed. The DV I witnessed while living there would almost give someone PTSD. This place is Salt Lake’s version of the projects in Chicago.
