Awesome, I understand there is a lot going on but they fixed it and they are so nice.
Management works hard at trying to find ways to improve the community. There is not much cock roach infested apartments. No mice running around outside,Do to her cleanliness responsibility roll as the manager. Things have really turned around here. I appreciate your hard work!.... Great management really comes along ways. With being a resident here at frontgate. Thank you again for your understanding with things and your awesome work!
I like this place alot my kids love the area the only thing is since the first day we move here we’ve been dealing with bugs .Not only that if you ask the maintainance you need help with anything at the apartment to fix something you have to wait a little bit longer other than that i lived 2nd floor people from upstairs think they’re the only one living in the apartment like in the middle of the night we can’t go to sleep its like thats when they had their loud noises going on or have their kids play for example kids running... read more
This place is cockroach infested. The pool was always dirty and closed half of the time and when open only available when office was open, so no using it on the weekends. There is no playground for the children so they destroy the landscaping. The garbage is a major problem, always over flowing and scattered everywhere. The exercise room has never been available and just like the pool only available when the office is open. Rent has increase about $500 in the 5 years.
