Asked for a repairman to come and fix my ge washer/dryer combo (lock would stick after dryer complete or dryer would get stuck at 1 minute remaining for hours). He came in and disengaged the child lock and said he fixed it. I said yes child lock is on but that is not the problem. Refused to listen to problem. Was in my home less than 10 minutes, neither diagnosed the problem nor fixed it. Now front door is harassing me for payment and refusing to let me escalate to management. Katie is the best realtor anybody can wish for. When problems came up she took care of them right away more than we expected. If there were questions, she went out of her way to find the answers without any delays or excuses. We live 3.5 hours away from the Chpel hill but Katie made it easy for us to find the condo for our sons who can live while they are attending the college. It was very pleasant to work with her. We worked with Greg Fusco, and he was fabulous. Greg was so responsive. He arranged for a viewing on Sunday at 6pm and by Monday at 10am our offer was accepted. Amazing!! He was was so pleasant during what is generally a stressful process. Thanks to Greg it was not stressful.
