I didn’t enjoy the rude service from the front office lady. Kicked me out after she asked how could she help me and my family get up to my grandfather.
My family had an extremely difficult and stressful experience at this complex. The customer service is so bad so I can’t resolve my issues with them. I wish they had more control and information about their building , I find it unsafe the call box isn’t working especially since people die unknown from causes like this . You should make better safety decisions for your build!
Call box apparently isn’t working and front lady was being extremely rude and unhelpful. My grandfather lives in the apartments and his phone is not on right now , I asked for assistance to check in him and I got kicked out. I NEED THIS CALL BOX FIXED ASAP , THIS IS AN EXTREMELY DANGEROUS AND UNACCEPTABLE CONDITIONS . Do better to keep residents safe!
