I came in and had to wait about 30+ minutes for my service after the start time of my scheduled appointment time, and mind you I came before the start time of my appointment, so this means I was waiting even longer. After waiting, someone else, who I had not booked with, started washing my hair while Rae-Shell was still taking the client she had before me. Ms. Rae, is very pleasant to be around. The studio is very well kept. Each time that I have encounter Ms. Rae she’s always cheery and kind. However her assistant Autumn does great work but is slow. I booked an appointment about 6 months ago with her for a full-microloc retie which was $150.00. My appointment was at 1:30pm I did not leave the salon until 10:00pm not to mention she over booked and had several different clients in and out of the chair during my appointment time. Rae got me together!!! Went in for a silk press and came out with a whole new life lol. She did an excellent job, in and out. It was my first time getting my hair straightened with a heat process (other than a blow dryer) and I was very happy with the results. Thanks 🙏🏾
