Don't use their repair services. Absolute rip-off scheme. I sent a bander/sealer to them for repair and they quoted just shy of the cost of a new bander $4k to repair it. I paid to have it shipped back to me and sent it to Traditional Tool Repair where they fixed it for $230 and it works great. I'm sure Fromm hoped I would just tell them to keep my bander so they could easily refurbish it and sell it for several thousand dollars profit. We will never do business with the Fromm repair services department again!
I hate.that you keep.asking how.my visit.to.Fromm was when I.work two.doors.down and and go.to the same.place.five effing days a.week without ever having stepped inside of FROMM. Sorry, I CAN'T.GIVE A.CRITIQUE.AND AM TIRED.OF.YOUR ASKING. Google, you suck if.you haven't figured this out.
