Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Was this pediatrician friendly? Yes Does the pediatrician get upset when you seek a second opinion? Not at all. They encouraged second opinions If your child is sick can the pediatrician see him/her on the same day? No, but they're usually seen pretty quickly Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away

Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!

Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Dr Froman is fabulous! She cares about your child and it shows! My son has seen her for 5 years and I can't imagine taking him to another Doctor. She is the only one in the clinic that knows my child's needs and that is the moct comforting position for a parent with a sick child.

After my child's appointment here, I told all my friends looking for a good pediatrician about them. They have a real talent working with children. After I told them that I'd like to seek a second opinion, not only did they not get upset, they encouraged it. It made me trust them and their motives all the more. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Does this pediatrician emphasize preventative care, such as child safety and nutrition? Absolutely! They gave me plenty of information about child safety and nutrition Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Do you trust this pediatrician to always have your child's best interest in mind? Yes, I trust them If you didn't want certain vaccines for your child, did the pediatrician respect your decision? Yes, they respected my decision Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes
