Zelma and Catherine are amazing women; we will be forever grateful to them for how much they did to help us... I have been using "From Your Heart To My Hands" personal caregivers for my mother since 2021. My mother receives the best care from all the caregivers from this company with compassion and understanding of my mothers needs. My deepest gratitude to the staff who take care of my mother daily. This company will serve anyone with love and understanding. Most trustworthy company in my opinion and strongly recommend to others who are in need to hire a personal caregivers for your loved ones. Zelma got involved with my mother's health issue in 2018 after a total hip replacement. From 2018 to 2021 Zelma and her aides were taking care of mom at home. Zelma and mom really got along and was treated like a family member. In 2021 the decision was made to move mom into a residential assisted living facility in Leesburg. Zelma would still go visit mom, take her to her hairdresser and then to Ruby Tuesday for lunch. Mom enjoyed every time Zelma visited her. Provided loving care for our 97 y/o father. Provided numerous activities such as taking him out almost daily. Kept him clean with frequent showers etc. Excellent communication w/office never ever had issues with billing and communication.
I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. if you are looking for a company to give outstanding care to your love ones, then you should definitely try FYHTMH. Zelma the owner and her staff goes above and beyond what’s required to assist their clients. They even stay in touch to help with the grieving process. Patient, passionate about what they do, always on time and responds immediately. You can tell the utmost care is given in all they do. I always recommend them.
