I have been a loyal customer for about a year and a half now and have even recommended others. However, I recently had an appointment with Nicole to get a haircut and a fashion color. Normally I'm pretty lenient with my hair results because I've done so many crazy things in the past, but I'm honestly just so disappointed with my appointment and the amount of money I spent that I might never return.
