In all honesty. All of the therapist I’ve encountered are wonderful and happy people. With the exception of one therapist, that would be Kathy Nicholson. She’s very rude and unpleasant. Considering this is a therapy clinic for children you would think she would be kind to others around her but that is not that case with her. I have heard she treats kids differently depending on whether she likes them or not. I’ve also witness her being rude to her staff. If anything I would recommend any of the therapist there beside her.
Do not get PT from Kathy Nicholson. She works with children who have special needs, but she’s rude and impatient toward them. It’s disheartening seeing her making these kids cry without showing them any compassion. I would not recommend her to families seeking a supportive or understanding environment for their child.
From the Heart has been professional, caring, and truly impactful for my family. Ms. Tammy has been incredibly helpful and supportive. Highly recommended.
Our autistic son was getting PT from Kathy Nicholson. She routinely had him breaking down into hysterical tears, to the point that we had to request to be switched to a different therapist and forbid Kathy from contact with our son. The new therapist was wonderful and had our son happy and engaged, but unfortunately she retired. Today our son was lying on the floor, disengaged and not participating in therapy. My son has been visiting Ms. Tammy Santoro for about three years. She has been one of the best things that has happen to us. A true blessing!
