Called to get my son in he has had a PAINFUL INGROWN TOE NAIL that bleeds and makes it hard for him to walk . We have insurance and they refuse to help him .
Elderly family member was referred here by his primary care doctor. I am his main caretaker. The referral was sent 1/23/25. I called 3 weeks later to see what was going on, as I had not heard anything. They said, “we have the referral. We’ll be in touch.” It is now 3 months later, and I can’t even get anyone on the phone. All of the staff were nice, but due to Dr. Dolan messing with my money, I cannot give any more than one star. I had one appointment here in February 2024. I got my toenails checked. That's all Dr. Dolan did, was assess my feet for a few minutes and prescribe an antifungal cream. He billed me for two procedures: debridement and the examination. This office is wonderful!!! I love Dr. Claire he is wonderful. I followed him from his other office which is further from my house but I don't care and would not see anyone else. Beautiful office as well clean and very taken care of. I tell everyone I know to see Dr. Claire :)
