Called and left message.. Nick finally called and I explained what I wanted. Set up appointment and never showed.No text or explanation why. Never called to reschedule. DROPPED like a hot Potato’s!
This is how our project was left. Who could walk away with it looking like this and think it was a job well done. Why do 90% of the work and leave the last 10%? When asked why From the Ground Up offered an odd excuse (screenshot attached). No other houses around us, including other From the Ground Up customers ended up looking like this. Would they be happy if their own project ended up like this at their own house?
From our initial contact to the completion of our major landscape project, these landscape and irrigation professionals were outstanding! They demonstrated extensive knowledge, hard work, responsive to our inquiries and expertise that resulted in an amazing transformation of our yard! Bobby, Nick, Eric and their team made our job a priority and it was completed to our total satisfaction within the projected timeline. Highly recommend!
Would not respond to requests for service/quotes. Left Detailed Voicemail. UPDATE The company reached out after posting this review. Their response was that our call could have been lost in the shuffle. Appreciated they followed up. We chose to use another company to get the work Completed. We will be open to using this business in the future after having a follow up conversation.
