I wanted one stop shopping to install irrigation and do the landscaping. I took estimates from 5 different companies. Eric and Nick left me with the most favorable impression and I selected them even though their bid was not the lowest. I highly recommend this company. I initially contacted them months ago regarding landscaping and installing a lawn for a new build. Despite meeting during the winter, they kept me updated on the project timeline. Once they began the work, they completed a large job in just two days. The team was professional, efficient, and worked incredibly well together. I will continue to work with them for every project in the future.

Called and left message.. Nick finally called and I explained what I wanted. Set up appointment and never showed.No text or explanation why. Never called to reschedule. DROPPED like a hot Potato’s!

This is how our project was left. Who could walk away with it looking like this and think it was a job well done. Why do 90% of the work and leave the last 10%? When asked why From the Ground Up offered an odd excuse (screenshot attached). No other houses around us, including other From the Ground Up customers ended up looking like this. Would they be happy if their own project ended up like this at their own house?
