My friends and I had the honor of a private cooking class with Chef Claudia Rovegno on Monday. It was beyond fabulous!!! We actually had hands on in the kitchen making a three coarse meal before sitting down to dine. Everyone was raving about the experience!! The best ingredients are used at From Scratch...not to mention Chef Claudia is amazing!!!! I went back for dinner with my Fiancée too!! Highly recommend both!!!

We ordered the cacio e Pepe to go today and it was absolutely fantastic. It's honestly one of the best pastas we've ever had and we've been looking for a while, since we came back from our trip to Italy. Our picky eater two year old son wouldn't stop eating it for about 30 minutes. We are definitely ordering it again, next time at the restaurant itself.

A group of friends and I did a cooking class and had dinner. We prepared linguini with pesto, potatoes and string beans as a first course, salmon baked in foil with cherry tomatoes, capers and olives as a main course and a lemon custard for dessert. The food was amazing and we had so much fun learning and preparing. Thank you Claudia for a wonderful evening!!!!
