I did not have a good experience here. I asked for information on reducing acne after my facial and it was not made clear that I would be charged an extra roughly $100 (I don't remember the exact amount), just to be told about a regimen that I did not end up wanting to do, and they wouldn't even let me keep the papers with the info. That is honestly ridiculous to be charged an extra $100 on top of the outrageously expensive appointment and laughably not even get to keep the papers. We absolutely love this cliniс! It's clean, welcoming, and the staff are so kind and attentive. The acne routine they signed truly works, and appointments are easy to schedule.
I honestly can’t thank this place enough. I’ve been struggling with acne for years and nothing ever really worked—until I came here. My skin is perfect now. It’s been such a confidence boost. Also, their clinic is gorgeous. Every time I went, it felt like a little escape—so calming and beautiful it almost felt like a dream. You can tell how much thought and care they put into everything.
Angela is very kind, careful, and I felt the appointment went very quickly but never felt rushed! It was also the least painful waxing I have ever experienced. Her studio is clean and hygienic. I will definitely be returning and recommend From Europe with Love to anyone with sensitive skin
