Roland was hired to replaced a deck and I was happy with his work so utilized him for another project. The next project was a complete remodel, kitchen and new flooring. The appliances were installed incorrectly, the thermostat was installed upside down and the flooring began to separate not long after installation. When I called him to return to the job, he was extremely rude and said we purchased an inferior product which caused the floor to separate.
