Called Dr. Farah's office today. I found the receptionist to be dismissive and lacking compassion in her communication. She didn't ask for my name or who was calling and immediately said, "We'll call you once we have an appointment," without giving me a chance to explain or ask questions. It was a very frustrating experience, especially when patients are calling because they are in pain and need help.

Dr. Froh is a gentle, kind and understanding physician. I was referred by my podiatrist and I was very lucky to get to see Dr. Froh in about 2 months. My knee cortisone shots have given me a new lease on life. The MOA is also lovely.

I was disappointed with my experience at the specialist's office. The doctor didn't seem to fully consider my symptoms and concerns about my hip pain, and the diagnosis didn't quite align with my understanding of the issue. Unfortunately, I also found the communication style of both the doctor and his secretary to be unprofessional. This doctor should retire. He is horrible and doesn't know what he's talking about.

I have been waiting for the appointment for few months. No reminders and I get a call from receptionist that i have missed an appointment and before anything she ask $100 for new appointment. For a minute i was not sure if i was talking to a sales person or calling a professional Dr's office you will have your $100 but i will take my knee surgery to other specialist.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Froh for a few years. He has been kind and helpful. He’s offered good information for pain management and treatment. Sharon, the receptionist, is also very nice and helpful.
