I recently got a haircut at this place, and it was an absolute disaster. I can't even begin to express how disappointed I am. The stylist seemed completely clueless about what they were doing. I asked for a simple trim and ended up with an uneven, choppy mess on my head. The whole experience was unpleasant from start to finish. The stylist was inattentive, barely listened to what I wanted, and rushed through the process like they had better things to do.
