I Purchased a refurbished 13 inch MacBook Pro from him. He did a good transferring my programs and even helped me with other programs even after I picked it up from there. He is very helpful and knows what he is talking about.
Brought in 3 old laptops for potential sale here after seeing the ad in Sylvania Advantage newspaper and despite only 1 of the 3 not being too old to accept, I did get more for it than expected and was able to leave my other two for recycling. Am very happy to support a locally owned and operated Sylvania small business venture rather than a chain. 😃
Frogtown was recommended to me when my laptop stopped working, and now Erik is my go-to when my technology has problems that I can't fix. He was super helpful and explained to me what the problem was, and kept me informed and in the loop throughout the process. I got my laptop back and it's working phenomenally!
