I’ve been coming to this self serve car wash for about 3 years, but today (March 8th around 4:30 PM) I had a disappointing experience. I had already paid for a 5 minute wash and was actively using the machine in the normal order rinse, soap, then brush. My car was still covered in soap when the timer must have just expired, but I didn’t notice because I had earphones in and the wash bays are loud. The card readers don't work and even though mgmt has been notified they refuse to repair.
I wash my girlfriend's Jeep here because it has a one-touch roof. It is not recommended to be driven through a traditional car wash. Their touchless wash is amazing for that situation. Thank you, Frogs Express, for being there when I need a quick wash.
