We had a great experience with this plumbing company. They did an amazing job — fast, efficient, and very professional from start to finish. The technician was extremely polite and handled everything with care and attention to detail. They made sure we were taken care of properly, explained what needed to be done, and completed the work quickly without cutting corners. I always have a great experience with Froggy Fix. They are reliable, charge reasonably, trustworthy, and can usually put me on the schedule on the same day or within a short time frame. This last time, I had a leaking toilet and Devin came out within 2 hours and fixed it. I was at a doctor's appointment at the time, so he sent me videos, photos, and clear explanations via text, cleaned up and locked the house for me on his own. Ron was running a bit late but called to let me know. He showed up about 10 min after the window I was originally quoted which wasn’t bad. Ron was polite, professional and kind. He did a great job, explained what he was doing and made sure to run many tests to ensure the job was complete before he left. I will use Froggy Fix for plumbing services in the future.

Trevor and Robert were very friendly and communicative. Showed up on time and ready to get the job completed. Very happy with the outcome. Installed a new electric water heater and a new pressure assisted toilet. Would gladly request them again.
