Overnight the water line from the street to the house started leaking, causing a major flood in my front yard. Called several services, Froggy LLC answering service took my information (6:30am), Somebody from the office called me back within 30 minutes letting me know they could have a plumber out between 10 and noon. Trevor called me back saying he could be there sooner (arrived at ~8:30). He scoped the work, explained in detail what/how they needed to do the fix, around pavers, etc. and gave a very competitive quote. I... read more

Simple replacement of 1.25 inch main water shutoff valve. Water line valve was above ground and accessible. Labor of $300 seems high for a job that takes less than one hour. Workmanship was good and service was very good.

There are companies that do the job, and then there are companies that earn your trust. Ozzy at Froggy Fix is the second. We’ve called Ozzy for more than one plumbing issue over the years, and every single time he has shown up with the same professionalism, patience, and incredible knowledge. He never rushes through a repair or looks for the quickest fix. He takes the time to diagnose the problem, explain what’s going on, answer every question, and make sure the job is done right. Plumbing problems never happen at a conven... read more

It wasn’t his fault. He did a great job so I can finally have water in the kitchen again. Plus, 5 days of dishes a... read more

Ozzie was the only one of three plumbers who successfully installed the third of three kitchen sink faucets. I am so grateful to have my kitchen faucet again! He also installed two bath faucets. He is very easy going, pleasant and sorted out the mess of water cables left by other plumbers; very neat, Thanks, Ozzie! I will have no problem suggesting Froggy Fix to my friends and family.
