Went to pond to order takeout - like I usually do these days, owner (I believe) said “were in the middle of dinner rush, come back between 8:30-9:00”. Sounded very disrespectful and rude. I get that you have a dinner rush but I will say no restaurant/bar that I frequent 2-3 times a WEEK has never denied service to me. I have frequented that place for over 3 years. That is my go to place, never expected to experience such poor service. Rude.
I went into the pond to order takeout and they told they were too busy to take my order. And that if i come back an hour or two later they could help me. Surprised that they would turn away business. Bad business

Love the food and the awesome staff. The speed bingo and other game nights are so much fun. We eat here every time we come to the beach
