Not my personal experience but they worked on a friends bolier and NEEDED to come to do more to fix it and never came back, in fact they even blocked my friends number. The boiler basically exploded and has completely ruined my friends home and now is facing expensive exceeding $20,000 and probably more. They have serval BBB complaints. Do not use this company.

My home owners insurance directed me to Frog Pro. Gotta admit I was hesitant after reading the reviews. But, I had another company come out before Frog Pro that try to sell me on a new system that was over priced. Frog Pro quoted me a down to Earth price, Logan was professional to deal with. If AHS wants to send this company to your home to repair your furnace, ask for another company. Make sure to check the company’s rating before letting the in your home.They came to my home because my furnace would not come on. The tec said I had a failed control board. When I heard back from them they said that AHS would not cover the control board because it was damaged from a power surge.I’m not sure where they came up with that one, not true. Horrible company. Took 8 weeks for them to submit my work order to AHS. Complete scam artist. I sincerely hope they go out of business soon to save others from their lies and deceit. They made up a bunch of labor cost resulting in $1900 labor to replace an ac compressor.
